Preliminary Findings and Limitations      Apple has a clear objective for its organization. Their object is something they have spoken on many times, stating that it is to “make great products and services that enrich people's lives and to provide an unparalleled customer experience so that our users are highly satisfied, loyal, and engaged” (Bajpai, 2020). Through the marketing research, I have found that the new Apple smart home security system supports the organization’s objective. External factors such as expanding technology and the need to keep your home safe match the need for a smart home security system. Internal factors would be the loyal customers that the brand already has that follow them through every launch.
